Why It’s Better to Cook with Gas at The Plaza

Why is that? There are many reasons, but the biggest one is because gas stoves are easier to control than electric cooking surfaces. This means that it is easier for the chef to control the temperature of whatever they are cooking, and in the end, that reduces the possibility of scorching or burning dinner.

While a gas stove is nice, having a solid stone countertop to put pots and pans on afterward is an added bonus that you will find at The Plaza.
