We usually experience the sunny side of life in California. You can also transform the sunny side to escape into an invigorating, frosty world at the Ice Center of Cupertino.

There are other ways to get fit that may excite you in Foster City. Why not try learning to play Ice hockey? You can join the Pacific Hockey Association Beginner program with no prior experience or training at the Ice Center of Cupertino.

All of the skills you need to learn will be taught at the Beginner program. Once you complete training, you will be able to play on the Beginner’s Hockey League among players with similar skillset.

The Ice Center of Cupertino also offers skate classes if you won’t consider hockey. Learning to skate will  teach you skills you’ll be able to use to enjoy a lifestyle of fun and fitness.

Students at the Skating School enjoy many benefits like free skate rental on your lesson day, free admission to public sessions with three free guest admissions. Skating School students also receive family and multiple discounts.

Either way , you’ll be losing weight and getting fit. Ice skating is an activity that is great for the young or elderly. The United States Figure Skating Association finds that you can burn at least 250 calories up to 810 calories per hour with recreational skating.

When you return home, unwind and stretch in our state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio theater. For more information about joining our community, contact us today.
