E Komo Mai to Foster City’s Polynesian Festival

April 17th, 2013

Polynesian Festival of Foster City

If you’re looking for something unique to do, check out the Polynesian Festival. This event offers something fun for all ages, admission is free, and it all takes place close to your luxury apartment in Foster City.

The Polynesian Festival is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. This festival includes live music and dancing featuring Hawaiian hula dancers, Cook Islands drum dances, and authentic Polynesian food.

You’ll have an opportunity to shop from various vendors or take an outrigger canoe ride. The goal of this festival is to give patrons a peek  inside Polynesian culture.

The festival will be held at Leo Ryan Park, a short trip from The Plaza down Hillside Boulevard off Central Lake. So don’t miss Samoan sivas, Tongan kailao, and plenty of great food, arts, and music!
