Stress has become a part of our daily routine just like salt in food. - Child Pose (Balasana) – The most relaxing pose helps you to stay calm and rejuvenate the energy in your body. It helps reducing pain lower back and shoulder and removes stiffness from neck. The healing power of this asana is most effective in providing emotional and mental calmness.
- Down Dog (Adho Mukha Savasana) – An amazing stress-buster asana, this pose helps in waking of all senses and reduces tiredness. It is beneficial for women as it improves bone density and prevents osteoporosis. Body feels rejuvenated as blood circulation is improved. - Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) – The muscles in your back and leg get stretched in this pose and it is an ideal exercise to relieve off stress and tone thighs and hips. In this pose, high blood sugar level gets controlled effectively and any backache fatigue or headache is reduced.
- Copse Pose (Savasana) – Corpse pose relaxes the body and soothes nervous system. It also lowers blood pressure and reduces fatigue and headaches.
