Here are 4 stretches you can use to start you workout.

  • Start by activating your nervous system and get ready to workout. Start by doing some jumping jacks using the proper form. Stand straight and jump.
  • Move onto muscle warm up with bent over L-raises. You bend in half and hold your position. Raise your arms in an L form and then back again.
