There is entertainment at the finish line. The post-race expo is a fantastic experience for runners and includes awards for various age groups. There’s also a hot breakfast serviced and live music.
Wanderlust 108 San Francisco 2016
The Wanderlust 108 San Francisco 2016 race is one that calls itself the only “mindful triathlon” and with good reason. If you want to test your body’s physical abilities and push yourself towards your next goal, this is the event to take part in. The event here is a bit different than the traditional triathlon. Here, you will participate in a 5K race, 75 minutes of yoga, and 30 minutes of meditation. Afterward, spend some time at the Kula market, attend workshops for hooping, slacklining, and aerial yoga, while being able to enjoy organic foods. The event starts at 7:30 a.m. at Golden Gate Park on April 24th.
New Living Expo 2016
On April 29th, visit the New Living Expo at the San Mateo Event Center. You’ll find plenty of guest speakers such as Gregg Braden as well as numerous workshops, panels, and other events taking place. The event focuses on enlightening and motivating people to live a healthy life.
